I saw three ships...............

I make a moon...
he needs a crown.

then he needs friends....
they need crowns.

then 3 ships passed by..
they needed a sea to sail on and sky to sail under.

I need my family..and my friends
they are the most precious things that touch my life.
May you be touched by precious things, that you can gather into your life
this magical Winter Festival.

Thank you for being here with me
Just for this moment
Love Lynn xx

I love this so much - such whimsical beauty. I am interested in your veiled painting. I know in some spiritual traditions the Mother is veiled at midwinter, and I have always thought this a beautiful and mindful thing to do. Your veiling of a painting may of course simply be aesthetic :-) But it looks very lovely, in any case.

Oh Lynn, I just found you via Pinterest, and I see that one of my dear friends, (Vera from Row Homes) is here too, and LIN, Kerrie and Madeleif! Where have I been....Ria is here and so is Manon. My goodness, I need to follow you!

I just love your world. I was attracted to find you via a photo of your vintage embroidered girls on linen, with the sequins and beads. I see your mantel with the moons and I am taken away with such beauty, as I too am an artist, but dabble more with poetry than art since I do work full-time as a teacher. However, I see that you too are a bit of a poet AND do your art. Thank you for showing me I may be able to do both.

Your world is what I love. Thank you for the beauty and I am following you, so you will see my visits frequently!

Peace for 2015. Anita
