Some pictures of home and my work................................

I print my own fabric....

and love to embroider my drawings......
Down the stairs into my basement kitchen  .........

Shall I make some more fairy s I like twinkly ones.........

or I could needle felt another Princess..............

Christmas Maddonas to Cherish

frosty mornings....

What will my hall look like this year......

Boxes of pretty things to work with.....

Cushions to make for friends......

I've been poorly all week and haven't left the house, so I have had the lovely pleasure of flickering through some older pictures of the things I  have photographed in our home, and ideas that I have made that I sometimes forget about.  So I hope you don't mind a little trip down memory lane just for this post....pictures of my cough medicine and echanacea drops just don't look as nice...ha ha ..
With love and a few sneezes

I love to solder charms, heart shapes are my favorite

to make Christmas hearts...

Best wishes ....enjoy.......Lynn xxxxx

What a feast for my eyes!! Better than looking in Vogue where you get to see a set-up shot instead of the real heart and soul of someone's house! You have surrounded yourself with the best quality beauty and are generous enough to share it too! For the rest of the day I'll be thinking of a blackbird perched over a tea cup ready to take a sip!!

Hi Lynn
Sorry to hear you've been unwell (me too!) but how lovely to browse through images of your wonderful creations of years past? As I looked through this post I began to think "I'm sure I've seen that before..." and then find you're reminiscing! Your creations are always so beautiful, so thoughtful too.
I hope you feel much better now and that the week ahead is full of the pleasures of making lots more things,

Oh you poor thing - I was so sad when Jessie said you were ill. I thought of you all day and seeing these pictures of your home and lovely hand made goodies you are already so ahead of the eight ball!
I know just how easily I crumble when I am under the weather and am determined to do something much longed for - but sometimes against all our wishes we have to succumb to the dreaded lurgy!
Feel better soon lovely Lynn, sending you hugs and Christmassy sparkles....until next time,

Lots of love Sarah xXx

I actually haven´t moved completely yet... cause I still have a cold, and I also want to wait with the move for me and my cats until most things are in their right place in the "cottage", but that will be very soon though..!

Hello my friend! Thank you for your lovely comments, they make me so happy! I often think of you and I regularly mention you also to my partner. - You remember my English blog friend Lynn? would surely have sent you an email a decade ago. But I promise the mail will come soon. Again. It seems that you enjoy also preparing for Christmas. There is always a kind of magic over your creations, layer upon layer of beauty. The Fairy and the Princess, oooh, they looks absolutely gorgeous! How do you create somethin like that, I guess it has to be pure magic. I remember you talked earlier about a book that inspired you, there was something about - the vintage .. Vintage treasures? I'm getting old, I quickly forget, haha .. Should you be on the Christmas market this year? Your creations deserve to be appreciated by many. They really do. ( thank you so much for the nice compliment about my stars, they are very simple but I hope they can make someone happy)

Now it's cold here where I live, below zero. Slippery also. And a lot of eerie fog. I read the news that you had close to 18, is that right? What huge difference.

Now I'll take a nap on the couch.

I wish you a wonderful evening Lynn, lots of hugs your way.

Aina
