Last week I decided to go get some new lamps for my new utility room , a perfect Autumn day.....
I found this gorgeous lamp and here it is on my newly painted window sill
I know I still have my tree and lights on from last year....my bit of all year round Christmas ...
Here is another lamp I bought and a picture of the colours I have used in the room, mostly cool whites and greys..
then I had lunch outside..I know a little greedy with the tomato sauce!
I am so pleased the utility room is nearly back to normal after our flood in January
it has been a great to re plan and redecorate and forget about how nasty it was.
More pictures soonxx

I love your new lamps and the colors you have painted your room. I also like the peek of your Christmas tree with white lights and that you kept it up all year. I have a tiny silver tree with white lights that I decorate with white sea stars that I wanted to keep up year round. I took it down in late Febuary and can't wait to put it back up again soon. I also like seeing the glimpse of what I am guessing is the outside of your home. ox
Lynn- you are certainly teasing us with the lamp and colors--- I will be looking forward to your final reveal! I know it has probably seemed like forever to you- I'm guessing it is going to be worth the wait!

Lynn, you tease! Tempting us with snippets. The colours are lovely and your new lamp is gorgeous. If you live in that street, it's fab!
Many thanks for your visit and kind comments. I am indeed lucky to have found such a place on my doorstep.Love Linda x

I think it will take me a while to get this all looking fabulous ... unfortunately as you all know it costs so very much new and second hand goods can't be ordered, so i think I shall be patient and make the best of what ever comes along...its more fun as well that way..
Hugs Lynn xxx
