Spring Mornings....

This is the most beautiful Spring I can remember for a long while...I really wanted to share with all of my wonderful friends from near and far shores, a little sample of what is growing in our hedgerows and lanes at the moment. There is a newness and tenderness and the fragrance of flowers is overwhelming, the sound of the birds is amazing, and the sun lying across my shoulders is so very comforting, like the touch of a loved friend.
I hope you are sat in your own sunny spot, having a peaceful few minutes.
Thank you for all your wonderful words, each and everyone of them is precious.
Hugs Lynn xx

What a lovely new header you have made!
I can't belive that spring has come so far in Britan. The beautiful flowers you show us are almost summerflowers for us here in scandinavia.

Your blog always makes me so happy!

We sat together in our own little spot, today. We watched and listened to the bird life in our garden...and overhead: a Buzzard, a Hobby, Swallows and House Martins. A Yellow Brimstone Butterfly fluttered by...and our resident Pheasant paid us a brief visit.
Today was one of those 'looking at in awe and wonder' days! (in between the hard work, in the garden!)

Hi there!

Oh my God, what a wonderful blog you have created!

I love your beautiful pictures!

I live in the north of Sweden and we still have a lot of snow.

That's not okay, if you love flowers and gardening, like I do!

Thank you for sharing the lovely photos!

The beautiful flowers, the soothing music all so uplifting. We had beautiful weather here also but the flowers are just beginning. Can't wait to pick the first flowers of spring and bring them inside. The shadow of the lace curtain on the wall is so graceful and lovely.
Have a great week,

I am feeling better, but I still want to move away from the house that I have been renting for almost 8 years now. I wish that I could afford to buy a house of my own, that would be the best thing for me...

I really hope that you are well..!

As Spring surrounds us with her tireless beauty it leaves us to ponder how wonderful life truly is.
I love your new header, I have a weakness for that robin's egg blue. And I must add your story in Somerset Life is beautiful.Having had the privilege to visit you for some time it is always heart warming to review what drew me here in the beginning.
Enjoy your Spring dear Lynn, soak up its warmth, inhale its perfume and delight in its majesty.

Isn't spring wonderful! We really appreciate it here in New England after the long hard winter. I am so glad to see the humble dandelion among your flower collection. It gets such a bad reputation and I can't believe people use nasty chemicals to get rid of them! We love picking them too.

Thanks for your kind words on Mrs. Bird. She is finally finished and on my blog. The course was so much Katie's work.

Happy Spring to you Lynn, Loribeth

Hi Lynn

Thanks so much for your comments on Mrs. B...your words mean a lot to me. I was just thinking the same thing that it is too bad we are so far apart. It would be fun to get together and make things! If you are ever in New Hampshire....
